Irina
Sikorskaya
Dr Irina Sikorskaya has been involved in international relations
since 2000 and currently is the head of the international relations
office at Donetsk State University of Management. In addition
to this, she teaches cross-cultural management for students majoring
in international management. She has also taken on an administrative
role during the running of TEMPUS projects in DonSUM, supervising
project activities within the university. Her
PhD in Public Administration is from DonSUM. Her research resulted
in more than 20 publications has focused primarily in enhancement
the mechanism of international cooperation in sphere of higher
education system of Ukraine on the way of its joining the European
Area of Higher Education, as well as on the problem of internationalization
of higher education and intercultural issues in this respect.
Dr. Sikorskaya has presented her research at regional, national
and international conventions.
